Built on a Single Conviction

Colombia holds some of the most significant mineral reserves in Latin America. Yet the vast majority of these assets have never been formally structured for international capital markets — not because the assets aren't valuable, but because the infrastructure to verify, structure, and distribute them didn't exist.

Terrexxmint was founded to build that infrastructure. As the structuring bank of the Colombian mining RWA ecosystem, we sit between certified mineral reserves and global investors — creating the instruments, the compliance frameworks, and the digital distribution rails that make this asset class accessible.

We operate as part of a fully integrated three-company stack: CI CGM certifies the assets, Terrexxmint structures them, and Fraxxiom distributes them as blockchain-native security tokens to accredited investors worldwide.
